PURCHASE TMOR RACE ENTRY AND FOOD IN ADVANCE
Pre-entry for TMOR is now open via WebCollect, along with advance ordering for evening meals and breakfast subs. Booking ahead makes a huge difference to our planning and helps the team deliver an amazing weekend, so we would really encourage you to enter the racing and order your food in advance.
Great news! We’ve held the entry fee at 2025 prices, and there are extra savings available when you purchase your race entry and evening food in advance online. To take advantage of these discounts, we strongly recommend completing your entries before midday on Tuesday 19th May. Don’t miss out, ordering food in advance is the only way to guarantee your evening meals, so book early and secure your place (and your dinner!) for the weekend.
Following the popularity of the reusable cups last year, and in a bid to continue to reduce the amount of single-use plastic going to landfill, EACC are doing their bit for sustainability by offering reusable sturdy plastic cups that be used repeatedly in the TMOR bar over the weekend. The design has been updated for 2026, and these are also available in advance but supply is limited, so to secure your purchase place your order in advance.
In order to enter the regatta, purchase your meals or purchase a cup click this link and follow the instructions:
◊ PRE-ENTER & PAY ENTRY FEE + ORDER & PAY FOR EVENING MEALS ◊
The secure on-line payment method for TMOR via WebCollect is PayPal, however you don't need a PayPal account to make the payment as you can also pay by credit/debit card via the PayPal screen.

It would be useful if you can provide a mobile contact number which will be shared with the OODs and Race Control. This is required for safety reasons as a backup form of contact in case we have any issues with the radios during the weekend.
If you have your own buoyancy aid that would be great, but we do have some available if required. Please ensure you have suitable clothing for the weather (including sunscreen etc if needed).
We are asking people to try and turn up 5-10 minutes before their allotted time and report to Sally Jones who can be found at race control.

Calling all Home Bakers, we really need cakes!!
Every year you are so generous, and again we would really appreciate donations of cakes to sell over the weekend.
(preferably not cream cakes as we have very limited fridge space)
If you can bake or donate a cake, please bring it along to the Marquee.
Thank you!
Bar Rota
The bar rota is nearly complete for this year which is fantastic! Thank you to everyone who has offered to help out so far.
