Wroxham Cruise Weekend Adventure

Get ready for a fantastic weekend on the water as we cruise to the heart of the Broads, with the option of a special evening trip to the renowned Suffield Arms, Gunton for those looking to venture a little further afield!

Friday Evening

Start the weekend by joining fellow crews at the EACC moorings on Friday evening. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy a relaxed evening by the water, or head over to The Lion Inn for dinner and a chance to catch up before the fleet sets off.

Saturday – Cruising to Wroxham

Following a leisurely morning, we'll depart at approximately 10:30am and cruise towards Cockshoot Dyke for a lunchtime stop. After lunch, we'll continue on to Wroxham, arriving by mid-afternoon.

Once through the bridges, we'll moor together in true EACC style at the Hoveton Viaduct moorings, ensuring the whole fleet can stay together. The evening is then yours to enjoy, with an excellent selection of restaurants and pubs to choose from.

Optional Trip to the Suffield Arms

For crews keen to explore, the highly acclaimed Suffield Arms is just a short train journey away. Trains depart Wroxham for Gunton at 16:56, 17:56 and 19:08, with return services leaving Gunton at 20:17 and 22:24. EACC ventured here in 2023 and thoroughly enjoyed the eclectic art and atmosphere in this vibrant Mediterranean tapas pub with art gallery.

Sunday – A Relaxed Journey Home

After breakfast, we'll depart at around 10:30am and make our way back through the bridges. Lunch options include a relaxed mud-weighted flotilla-style gathering on Ranworth Broad or a stop at St Benet's before continuing homeward.
